Classify the vapor before choosing the configuration

The same solvent can be simple or risky depending on vapor load, temperature, pressure, and whether liquid returns to the pump. A useful solution starts by separating these cases.

Dry vapor
Check compatibility and temperature, then size pump capacity.
Condensable vapor
Review condenser, separator, line temperature, and drainage.
Corrosive solvent
Review wetted material, coating, seal, and maintenance plan.
Flammable solvent

Do not treat solvent vapor like clean dry air
